The majestic tamarind (asem) tree grows from a solid limestone cliff and is a spiritual centre for the local Balinese. Overcoming demanding conditions, the tamarind tree is inspiring, and represents the balance that Asem Manis strives to create. Asem Manis will retain a substantial percentage of each private hotel to ensure service and privacy standards are maintained for all owners.
